Hunger Games Chapter 25 Comprehension Questions

Chapter 25

1. What attacks the last three tributes?
Muttations attack the last three tributes. They look alot like wolfs. As one wolf comes close to her she notices something, a necklace with a 1 on it and she recognizes the eyes and hair color. Its Glimmer! Each wolf represents each tribute that died. She knows one is Rue because of the dark colored hair. The Captiol has a created a new bread. They eat humans. Katniss is scared and she cant belive the capitol would do that.

2. How does Katniss use her last arrow?
Katniss uses her last arrow to kill Cato. She shoots him right through the skull. She did it to stop his suffereing. She didnt want to see him like that anymore and wanted to stop his whining. She did him a favor by killing him easily and peacefully instead of letting him suffer and having the mutts kill him. They hear the cannon go off and know he is dead. 

3. What happens when the Gamemakers revoke the rule change?
 when the gamemakers announced about the rule change of only having 1 win. Katniss and peeta were not happy. Peeta wanted Katniss to win and to kill him but Katniss didnt want to she wanted him to win and kill her. They were indecisive. So they came up with the idea of having a double suicide. They got the poisenes barries and on a count of three they would both put them in thier mouth and eat themm. If they wanted one winner they couldnt have any. so when Katniss and peeta did this the capitol changed their mind and had them both win. 

4. Who wins the Hunger Games?
Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark.
