Hunger games Chapter 18 Comprehension Questions

Chapter 18

1. What does Katniss do for Rue?
Katniss frees Rue from the net and sits with her. She tells Rue that she's going to win not only for herself but for Rue. Rue asks Katniss to sing for her and so Katniss does. While in tears she sings a lullaby she would sing to Prim whenever she got sick. It was a very joyful song to sing. Before the capitols hovercraft comes flying in to retrieve Rue body, Katniss does something very nice. She covers Rue's body with colorful flowers she spotted. So when they lift her the audience will know what Katniss did for Rue. 
  
2. Who sponsors a gift for her? What is it?
District 11 sponsers a gift for Katniss. It was Rue's District. It is a loaf of bread. She knows it has something to mean for Rue. They are probably thanking Katniss for what she did to Rue. Maybe it was from her family to show gratitude. Katniss doesnt know exactly from who but she's thankful for it and she let the audience know that. 

3. How does Katniss' attitude change after Rue's death? 
Katniss's attitude changes after Rue death by determinating her full power to actually win the hunger games. For her And rue. Katniss is very mad of rue's death because the whole thing is to be blamed to the capitol. All of these horrifying deaths are due to the capitol for these ridiculous games. She hates them soo much.

4. What rule change do the Gamemakers announce?
The gamemakers anounce a new rule that states there can be two winners this year. There can be two winners only if they are from the same districts and alive. It was a such a relief for Katniss because now she knows her and Peeta could actually have a chance to both survive and go home together. It was a weird rule because never has their been a change in rules. Katniss seems to think if it was due to Her and peetas star-crossed- lovers act?
